how we started…

Juniper Cleaning Co. was founded out of a passion for community and a commitment to creating meaningful job opportunities for women. Steph, with a decade of experience as a high school teacher and administrator, took a break from education to manage Airbnbs in downtown Pensacola. She quickly recognized the need for consistent and reliable cleaning services. A call for help on Instagram brought Jess into the picture, and together they began cleaning Airbnbs all over downtown Pensacola, eventually expanding into post-construction projects.

As their workload grew beyond their own hands, Steph and Jess decided to team up and create a business. Juniper Cleaning Co. was born not only to provide excellent and reliable service but also to create a safe and dignified working environment for women like themselves. They are dedicated to ensuring the happiness of both their clients and their cleaning technicians.

As we enter our fifth year of business, we are grateful for your support and excited to continue making a positive impact in our community.
